LFC reveal brand new 2014-15 third kit
7th Jul 2014 - Latest News

Liverpool FC and Warrior have today revealed their brand new third kit for the 2014-15 campaign, completing the team's collection for the upcoming season.

Predominantly black, with red trim, styling and collar, the strip will be used in domestic competitions, including the Barclays Premier League, and serve as the side's colours for Champions League away fixtures.

Warrior, the club's official kit supplier, has combined modern design with functionality for the latest offering, which will be worn for the first time by the players when the Reds take on Olympiacos at Soldier Field in Chicago as part of their summer tour on July 27.

Polyester mesh incorporated into the main body of the shirt, plus high-stretch breathable panels in vital areas ensure that the kit supports greater diversity of movement and increased air flow to regulate body temperature.

Fans who pre-order adult or junior versions now will also receive a free and exclusive LFC beach towel, while stocks last, and the kit will be delivered and become available in store on July 22.

Nah, the home kit this season is pretty good. Last years 3rd kit was good, I bought it.
This kit is alright.

it probably won't look that bad when the team are wearing it , even the computer game one was ok when worn with the full kit.

it would be interesting to see the sales figures for these more "out there" warrior kits and how they compare to our's and other clubs away and third kits down the yrs . Surely they must do ok or they wouldn't continue to design them this way .

It's not that different from the last black/grey one. Just a bit worse. But I don't know why they persist with that combination. It's not very good for picking players out.

Yes but this one has a big red "here I am" stripe with subtle collar and sleeve offsets this time around . You cannot fail this miss it.

It's extremely weird, I'll give it that.

Football kits are rubbish right now tbh. Witness the World Cup, hardly a nice shirt among all the 32 teams.

Germany and Holland were both appalling.

France was far too effete.

Croatia's just Croatia, always the same.

Only a homosexual would like Uruguay's ultra-tight offering.

Ivory Coast I can't remember.

Japan's was nice. One of the two good ones, the other being Italy.

I really like this kit, though I can understand why others don't.

I think the home kit this year is disgusting.

I quite admire the Argentinians for not being arsed. They always seem to have pretty much the same old shirt.

Yeah, and what's so great about that?

I thought it was a very nice looking, simple football shirt, just 2 colours, a nice shade of blue, nice collar, no dopey patterns in the fabric and it looked a lot like a rugby top.

Yeah, you seem to be in the majority. Most people seem to go gooey for football tops that don't look like football tops. Not me. I think they're bent.

I wasn't even born in 1980, let alone 1950. Football from back then is completely alien to me.

It's still a football top that looks like a football top from the early days of the world cup. You're entitled to think it's bent, I like it plain.

It's fucking awful.

It'll be one of those kits you look back on in 2 or 3 years time and just cringe. Gaudy, new-age, synth shit.
