Jordan Henderson ruled out of tonight's game with a foot injury but he has NOT broken a bone #LFC

Good news. He's a doubt for the Arsenal match but should be fine sooner rather than later.
Hopefully Can will step up tonight.

I have no idea how this will go. Leicester looked good at Seville last week, very good at times, obviously form doesn't always transfer across competitions. We should match them in desire and hunger given we've not played in a few weeks.

Could be a pretty frenetic and scrappy one

Very good? Sevilla should have won that game by a lot more than 2-1. I thought they were quite lucky in all honesty.

they looked a real threat against a side that is pushing Barcelona in the Spanish league . Drinkwater ,Vardy and Musa linked up very well at times and provided a real threat

We've lost and/or dropped points to loads of teams in the bottom half of the table, so it would be nice to win

Losing hendo is big. But at least that means Klopp can't play Can instead of Gini which is almost as bad as losing hendo

Maybe I remember it wrong. Thought they had the ball about 25 % of the time, and that Sevilla created 20 odd chances and shots.
Leicester had 2 or something.

Wouldnt suprise me if Vardy "turned a corner" in that game and is suddenly back tonight.
His wondergoal from last season still haunts me.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if that was the only goal he scored all season that was from outside the area.

Obviously saved it up for us.

so, sky are saying Sturridge is still out with the virus he had like 2 weeks ago, he's a fucking joke . There's been lepers in better condition than him !

I guess he wouldn't play even if he were fit so why not blag some sick days but what club with any hope of seeing some sort of return would risk signing him in the summer ?

Unless its more plantar fasciitis.

Some people wear a boot to straighten out the sole of the foot, and it could easily be mistaken for a protective cast. Hence the rumours.

Lets hope it isnt. That injury will probably sideline him from time to time for the rest of his career.
Lets hope we go for someone like Paredes this summer, and we're in a better position to cope in his absence.

Edit: read that the scan and concern was that he had broken his metatarsal

Rumoured team, no surprises really:

Mignolet; Clyne, Matip, Lucas, Milner; Can, Lallana, Wijnaldum; Mané, Firmino, Coutinho.

Gosh, it pisses me off the Leicester appear to have a stronger bench than us. If we don't win this in the first 60 mins, who can we really call upon to change things?

Only Origi??
