We play Leicester tomorrow and the thread is closed. Soooo, lets start another one.

Must win game and it will be interesting to see how the Leicester players react to the sacking of Ranieri.
If its true that some of the senior players have been very active in getting him sacked, while others didnt want him gone, it could create some tension in the squad.

From last nights training pictures most of the players look fit and ready, but Henderson wasnt involved.
Will be a massive loss if he is injured.
Klopp didnt say anything in his presser and havent seen anything written about it either.
Lovren is also out.

Henderson often spends time on the bike rather than training to reduce his ankle swelling up.

I'm not convinced they'll be a sudden reaction from Leicester against us. They haven't installed a new manager yet. Given all the circumstances involved we should batter them and I hope we do. Their defeat of us last year still bloody hurts. That Vardy strike looping over Mignolet just does my tits in. Payback time.

Will be interesting to see how this two week break affects us. Stoke had been away on a training camp aswell and look all over the place against Spurs.

Interesting will not be my reaction to seeing a bunch of dickheads all over the place, especially after it was their shit for brains performances which allowed them to take a fucking holiday in the first place.

Stoke are losing 4-0 to Spurs at half time. These breaks arent always a good thing.

Hope we are better prepared to say the least.

Stoke are a vastly inferior team to Spurs. It shouldn't be as bad for us against Leicester, but it will probably still be bad.

No excuses here - 16 days between Spurs and this inc a mini break in The Lying Rag and our key players back to full fitness/from AFCON in Mane's case.
We should beat these and beat them well.

Some Twitter twatter rumours that Hendo has a broken foot and is out for 4-6 weeks.
Hope to God thats not true and he lines up tomorrow against Leicester.

Shit ... we have a game everyone !!! - I almost completely forgot that the season is still going on. Feels like ages since our team played... oh wait it has been coz we are outta everything else.

How many goals will Liverpool score? I bet more than 2!
We are still THE FORCE even without Hendo...

If Hendo is indeed injured, then our top 4 chances will sadly be minimal.

The fuck?! If Hendo is out then the top chance has gone? I must have missed something here, I thought we were talking about Henderson. I'd be farrrrrrr more concerned to see Mane, Coutinho, Firmino, Lallana, Matip break their foot.
The downside if he is out is that we'd most likely see Can back in the team which is completely hit and miss.
I'm hoping that Leicester play like they have done the last few months, and we put on the Spurs performance again, then it's a done deal. Hoping for that anyway.

Definately a must win game. It will put us 3rd and even if the other teams just behind have a game behind both are at tricky oponents (Arsenal away at Saints and City at the Mancs derby) which both risk loosing points.

If we lose this I'm abandoning this season. It we lose to a sinking team with no manager after 2 weeks rest then there isn't much hope for us.

We lost to Swansea at home when they were bottom..that's enough for me.

We then went on to lose to Hull when they were 19th.

Lovren and Henderson out is bad news. I suppose that means Lucas and Can into the starting XI.

There's no point even trying to predict a result or what kind of performance we will see; as soon as any expectations are raised, or a supposedly "easy" team are n opposition, we usually put in a terrible display and lose 2-0.

I just hope we buck that trend tonight, if we are to keep up aspirations for a Top 4 finish.

I don't think Leicester are a team capable of parking the bus which might help us out a bit here

Jordan Henderson ruled out of tonight's game with a foot injury but he has NOT broken a bone #LFC

I have no idea how this will go. Leicester looked good at Seville last week, very good at times, obviously form doesn't always transfer across competitions. We should match them in desire and hunger given we've not played in a few weeks.

Could be a pretty frenetic and scrappy one
