Did we omit him from our CL squad though?

Sessegnon is a future winger.
We'd be in trouble with those two at the back. I'd rather have TAA in midfield and Sessegnon on the wing.

Yeah but that's what the modern full back is these days. I'm not saying I would advocate it, especially as I can't remember seeing Sessegnon play, I just wouldn't assume that just because they are attacking they'll play higher up the pitch.

So if and when Clyne returns, does this give us an opportunity to play TAA in right midfield? He's fit as a flea, a great crosser and has a great range of passing, and already is conversant with the demands of playing in the right hand side in Klopp's system. I think he could be worth a try there at a push.

Can't wait to see him in midfield, I think he's going to be great there.

We originally left him out of the CL squad for the group stages. I was just wondering if we named him for the next round? If we did, that is a good sign.
