You're not kidding... Uruguay actually won the very first World Cup and that was years ago.

Because they won that first world cup, i always have a soft spot for them. Strange I know, but i love the world cup and the football fix it gives me ... especially the first two weeks where you get like 3 matches a day on some days. I always look out for Uruguay, no interest in their players or anything but just see them in the competition is kinda special coz they won that first world cup. Remember in the 90s they did not feature up until 2010 i think.
