Oh and major kudos to the first person that points me towards an .mp3 of Andy gray saying those immortal words.

Cantona's pass to Denis Irwin, the one it shows in that movie he's in.

Tekkers sounds horribly like something those Soccer AM bellends would say.

Finish him!

tekkers?

My reaction exactly.

Oh and that fucking Cantona goal in the FA cup was the the one single goal that has broken my heart the most as a Liverpool fan.

I've only heard it on the 5 aside pitch, never watch Soccer AM, although I highly doubt Soccer AM coined the term.

Can everybody just chillax,yeah?

Wick

It was hardly an amazing goal, bounced down of hit gut and he hit it from 15 odd yards out?

Yeah, Killer blow though

Chillax ? Fucking chillax ?

While working as an assistant on Wayne Rooney's Street Striker, Andy Ansah coined the term "Jolly good footwork", which spurred Soccer A.M. to create a new segment showcasing a piece of skill from the week's football

So, cunts all round. As suspected.

The word "tekkers" should be banned from this site, and anyone using it thrown to the fucking wolves.

If someone ever used the word tekkers in my company I'd stove their face in with the nearest rock to hand.

I thought it was something to do with Star Trek.

Sunny : that goal ranks as my no. 1 goal heartache as well.

We didnt have the '89 Arse game on TV in Malaysia.

Some of the best tekkers seen in the the modern game came from Ronaldo 2 years ago.

I would put him slightly ahead of Ronaldinho's Barca days.

Ronaldo got tackled in that clip...

Some of the best bits of skill ive seen come from Bergkamp, Okocha and one hell of a first touch from Leonardo. Ball was hit 60 yrds over his head and he stopped it dead.

The goal by Paolo di Canio in training.... nuts.

Di Canio's volley, similar to Van Persie's..

And Ronaldo for Barcelona... Direct, quick, strong and amazing ball control.

Tekkers is soccer am jargon. I see people using it on FB every now and again. I used to enjoy a bit of Soccer Am on a Saturday morning about five years ago but wouldn't watch it now if I was paid.

Don't know what this falls under but it is my favourite non Liverpool goal. Watch the replay. it show's how his squeezed through the two Valencia defenders.

Re: Unbelievable jolly spiffing ball control!

I refuse to take part in this thread because i have never heard this word.....

Re: Unbelievable jolly spiffing ball control!

great video-clips though. Except for the Ronaldo one - which is just a back pass with some dancing.

Re: Unbelievable jolly spiffing ball control!

I thought you weren't taking part 😀
