John McMahon leaves Reds

Liverpool FC today confirmed that Reserve Team Manager, John McMahon, has left the Club with immediate effect.

The Club would like to thank John for his hard work over the past two years and wish him all the best for the future.

Anyone know the background to this? It seems quite sudden, wasn't he doing a good job?

It's cos the youth team fella we nicked off Barca (I've been the dentist & had a tooth removed, painkillers ahoy so no idea what the fuckers name is currently) has been promised his job to see off Barca's new (third) approach to get the fella back to them.

He's agreed to stay & accepted the job by all accounts, so McMahon's seen his arse, quite understandably.

From the club's point of view it's the right choice, but it is shitty on McMahon, cos he's been doing a good job.
