Probably tribunal. Which means we'll probably get paid when Sinclair is ready to retire. It's amazing that the season is coming to a close in a couple of months and Ings' fee has yet to be determined.

Of that happens, I think they need to act to force the fee to be dome as if he went directly to Watford.

If its clearly done to scam their way out of paying the correct fee, it should be cracked down on.
