January is just a few weeks away. We can have a fully fit squad by mid December, but do you think we need to strengthen the team?

I messed up with the Center mid / def mid options. Its the same I think. Think someone to compete with Macca/Gravy.

The upgrade happens in the summer, with the money we get from Kelleher and Ali.

Zubimendi. We're one (predictable) injury away from the midfield being disjointed. Seeing as Slot refuses to see Endo as a starter then he cannot be seen as a backup/rotation six option. Maybe we could sign a cheaper six now Grav is proven himself, and save money for a summer overhaul. It just depends, but we have options.

The rest can wait until the summer when we know what's going on for contracts unless there are some opportunistic deals worth seizing upon. We should be monitoring LBs/Strikers/RW's for sure.

A central midfielder and a left back would be much needed. Doubt its possible to sign a top striker in January, but a CM and LB would be possible to find.

Wouldnt surprise me to see us go for Zubimendi again, but that feels like a next summer move in all honesty.

If there was a suitable striker available (and we were able to synchronise the exit of one of our two CFs) I wouldn't be against that. But for me not a priority.

We could do with a LB who can play CB. Bargains like Cherki who is supposedly available for £16m is a no brainer, and as a squad option in the last 20m he could turn the tides of a game.

As if he'd leave. PL chasing, CL chasing and he's paid how much? He'll want to be part of them. Not a chance he'd agree to a move with at least a couple of years left on his contract.

We will sign Marmoush in Jan and during his unveiling ,Salah will hold a shirt up announcing his extension.

Marmoush in my opinion would work , given Nunez is a donkey, Jota is broken and chiesa a ghost.

Secondly, it's going to be a help having the current GOAT of Egyptian football support the growth of the heir to the thrown
