So yesterday one of the IT bods came to 'fix' the router in the office (which was working perfectly fine, by the way) and replaced it with a shiny new one.
We've gone from having a fully functional network with strong signal, to one that constantly drops in and out.
The same shit happens whenever they get hold of your computer and decide to update all of the software.
Is this common, or do we just have particularly incompetent IT technicians?
