I might just have to get a few sandwiches in before I start making a list, maybe even a sleeping bag.
 
Macia is gone already. Roy gone next hopefully. Followed by Konchesky, Poulsen, Jova (liked him initially but probably on big wages) Babel (is right price) and a few others. Couldn't be bothered to list them. I don't mind N'gog and Lucas staying for squad purposes.
 
There are only a few players I'd like to keep: Gerrard, Reina, Carragher, Torres, Meireles. I'm tired of all the rest and wouldn't miss them.

I'd like to see Sammy Lee go. Do I need to say why?

I want to see a radical overhaul of coaching.

Roy isn't the one doing all the coaching. Yes, he's in charge of tactics, but i refuse to believe a defensive coach hasn't tried (and failed, miserably) to correct Skrtel & Johnson's shortcomings.

I'd like to keep the academy coaches Rafa brought in, Borrell and whatever-his-face-is, the other Spanish youth guy, at least to see if it can finally pay dividends.
 
Talking about backroom staff, it does seem to be a bit stagnant. Sammy's apparently highly rated (at least by English FA) but how much of an input does he have as an assistant manager? Mike Kelly seems dodgy, esp after those rumors surrounding him and Reina.

That's about all in the coaching staff.
 
We really know very little about what goes on during training, so it's impossible to pass judgement. People are saying Sammy Lee should be sacked too. I'm not against it, but what's it actually based upon?

As for players, well, fuck them all off.

Apart from Carra, Gerrard, Meireles, Reina, Torres, and Kelly. Not arsed about the rest.

Former goalkeeping coach cum' assistant manager at Fulham with Roy. His designation with us is First team coach though.
 
He is the guy who changed Reina's goalkeeping style from Golden Gloves to fuck knows what its called Pepe says it 'English' style and he will do as instructed.

Dunno, it can't be that hard to say "track back, cos if you don't you're benched" to Johnson.

and the thing I noticed is how many poor players we had then. Not everything is as bad now as it seems. We get a proper manager in and a bit of belief back we can get right back up there.
