I've gone for yes, simply because while he plays in the hole he isn't the player we all know he can be (so in my mind Nando edges it), put him back in the center and my answer would have been no.

I voted yes simply because Steven really has not hit his form yet this year, when he is fully healthy I think he will be due for a run of goals.

I think it's more a case of do we have players in the squad up to coming in for either of them when they;re injured.

In Gerrard's case, Yossi is increasingly showing both his quality and suitability for the "hole" role, whilst Aquilani might well prove another able deputy.

In Torres' case, we've no-one in the squad within a whisker of his ability.

So, at the moment we are much weaker without Torres.
