What exactly are US govt up to this time?

They want to supply another Iraqi government with weapons, stop Iran from using uranium if they want economic freedom, they wanted to invade Syria, they supply Israel with trillions to help drones, homeland security and building a massive apartheid wall (but they give Palestine $400M pa so thats ok) so what's likely to play out?
Another desperate attempt to overthrow Iran? Or are they just protecting business interests?
