If it was that, why would the sports science team say its not?

Why have they never actually said it was plantar fasciitis?
Why did I have to guess it two months ago.
I don't know why they say or don't say anything.

It's a pretty miserable condition to have and could disrupt plenty of his seasons to come. That said the headline is still overly dramatic.

From webmd

Conditions or activities that may lead to plantar fasciitis include:

  • Things that affect how the feet work (biomechanical factors). These include abnormal inward twisting or rolling of the foot (pronation ), high arches, flat feet, tight calfmuscles, or tight tendons at the back of the heel (Achilles tendons ).
  • Repetitive activities, such as jobs that require prolonged walking or standing on hard or irregular surfaces or sports such as running.

Ive got this on both heels for the last 9 months....its a real bitch.

It has become a spur...and really annoying. Waking up every morning i dread putting my feet on the ground.

A cartisone injection every 6 months is going to be how it is for the rest of my life. It sucks......
