Such are the pitfalls of good nature, I suppose. From a purely selfish point of view, that's disappointing. I find it ludicrous that you should end up out of pocket for helping people out. At the very least you should be up a few pints (although I seem to remember you getting a round in before I got the chance to offer before). It's a real shame, but I wouldn't put up with it either.

Hey Sunny, I know I have no business dropping my $.02 here. But, why not make some exceptions for the people you've come to trust or the people who are willing to give the money in advance and/or with a sweetener on top. From what I understand you need a membership card to buy LFC tickets. So for those who only can attend one game once in a blue moon they rely on the good nature of gents like you and Krump. I know it'd still be a schlepp even if you no longer lost money on it. But it is so greatly appreciated. I know my brother sang your praises and thanks to me in person. Either way, thanks for the effort and pain you've put yourself through to get tickets for people in the past. And for doing your part in growing this family of Liverpool Supporters.

I'm another lucky soul who Sean helped out, in my case it was with just a few hours notice. I had the fear that even though I was on my way to the Harry I would somehow do a Paddy and end up screwing him over. So thanks again for making it possible.
I would also say that it's major hassle for Sean. All the phone calls back and forth, arranging to meet people, handing over his own cash to secure the ticket and then there's the whole entertainment side of things; like rather than hanging out with his mates and having a few pints he ends up spending his time chatting with a potential crazy bastard off the internet.
So we should look for another sucker to get tickets for us and let Sean enjoy the match.

I was fucked for getting a ticket for QPR last season - left it too late to get one with my fancard and other sources(supporters clubs etc) didn't have any spares so thanks alot for sorting me out for that game.

I couldn't believe when I was at the Man City game how many tickets Sunny had arranged for people.
I think it was well over a dozen.
It is a shame that he doesn't feel able to arrange tickets any more but the real shame is that he has been fucked over by people, possibly even some on here, and is out of pocket.

I just can't get my head around their thinking. Fucking over a fellow Liverpool fan who's going out of their way to sort you out with a ticket.
Heard loads of similar stories from some guys i know in the supporters Clubs i go to for tickets when i need to. Makes me sick.
There was a case last year where Sean had helped me with two tickets for a game for someone I know and trust. But there was a mix up between me and the 3rd party. My response? I won't let Sean down, so I cancelled my arrangement for that weekend and found someone to go and paid for them to go instead. I never told Sean this because simply I don't want to be thought of as unreliable.
I'd be ashamed to be regarded as that. If I say yes to a ticket I do whatever it takes to ensure the sorter is not put out and 9 times out of ten that's Sean. I have a share in a season ticket with Liam and thats down to Sean.
