Fucking hell lad - At least do it properly. He is the equivalent of Hayden Christensen pretending to be a Jedi..

It's just plain weird. I mean, I thought he had decided to cut out all that bullshit. His recent behavior seemed to suggest so, and now this...

Pathetic.

maybe he's getting fucked off waiting for legitimate penalties and thought fuck it might as well dive!

Terrible dive that tho.... poor technique

I think i actually despie the injury-feigning more than the penalty box diving.

That fucking god-awful action where he launches himself to the ground, head thrown back, one arm grabbing the offended ankle, the other launched straight into the air to signal "I'M FUCKED GUYS, GET THE STRETCHER!!!!!" as he rolls around in circles.

He looks like a dick and I cringe every time he does it. Which is about 15 times a game. He's up and walking within 30 seconds every time.

SLIGHT exaggeration there Ryan... but just SLIGHT.

Tbh I dont really care. He gets kicked and stamped like there is no tomorrow without getting anything. Some of the tackles were he is rolling around have been bad. The defenders blaiming Suarez after attempting to break is legs are equally bad.

The dive was bad, but I can understand his frustration.

Yeah. Fine him a years wages and bench him for a conciderable time. There he can sit and learn how this club is supposed to be, watching Coady or Fabio "At-Least-I-Know-The-System" Borini shooting us to fame.

Well that only gets 3.4 out of 10 in my scoring charts better luck next time I say. In fairness it's no worse than the ugly rugby style football stoke play fuck them wankers.

Im staying out of it.
If you can condone his behaviour then fine. Im ok with that.

I'm not bothered that he dived. I'm more bothered that it was a shit dive.

Look at Gareth Bale, Nani, Welbeck, Young etc. They reap the benefits of diving week in and week out yet there is little backlash. Why shouldn't we?

Fark also made a great point in the match thread about the absurdity of Stoke and Tony Pulis moralizing about diving whilst they play in such a dirty and yes, cheating manner.

This.

I honestly thought the same thing. Ok, I still thought he was going down very easily, butonly when there was contact, no matter how slight it was. When I saw what he did yesterday, I physically felt sick.

You should know that we're far morally superior than any other club and especially the posters on here. Pillars of the community we are.

As Keni said, it's more about how shit he is at it. Everyone's getting a bit too moral about it all, it's ok for Shawcross and Huth to kick shite out of people and get away with it every week, every season, it's still cheating, just more subtle. And Suarez does get man handled and kicked in most games and it goes without punishment, so why shouldn't he play them at their own game? Someone just needs to take the fule to one side and show him how to be more subtle about it, if he actually tried to get back up straight away it might actually win him a few fouls.

As for the point about him feigning injury, that's fair enough, but he got stamped on yesterday and no one fucking batted an eyelid.

It's a serious problem. We have missed out on more than one nailed-on penalty this season because Suarez feels compelled to add a balletic element to the way he goes down.

I was irritated by Pulis' post-match criticism of Suarez after watching a display of defensive thuggery by Stoke players which was largely condoned by referee Lee Mason.

I'm not moralising, he's costing us points and making the club look even worse, carrying on from last year.

He's the best player we have but something of a toxic asset.

Thats a fucking disgrace, no wonder he never gets given anything. I hope hes really embarrassed by that and that Rodgers gives him a proper bollocking. Having said that, Tony Pulis can fuck right off. He needs to look at his own players behaviour first.

He get's fouled alot because he's probably the trickiest player we have, he'll constantly draw fouls. He just needs to be better at it. He's the one getting fouled, so he's the one giving us the opportunity to get a freekick or a penalty, yeah he could be better at it and therefore win us more but if it wasn't for him it wouldn't be happening full stop.

I'd love to see a statistic for fouls given in and around the box over the last 18 months or so for us, I'd wager he won most of them.

Now that Pulis has made a meal out of it, it will be interesting to see how the club manages it in the media/public. We've been absolutely shit at this kind of thing in the past and so I don't have great hope but I want to be wrong.

He won the most penalties in the Premiership last season aswell

The press already tried to draw Rodgers on it, he just said that there's no right or wrong way of playing football and that they're physical but that's just one way of playing and he commended the young players for standing up to the physicality of them. He's not stupid, he's not going to get into a war of words, he'll more likely comment on the ref's that have officiated our games so far and some of the ridiculous decisions that have gone against us, as he did after we played United and Young Boys.
