Just before Mr Rodgers took over id pretty much done with football.
Now I cant shake the feeling, like being a kid again.
Im excited about the world cup more than I have been in years, and Liverpool is writ large on my day every day. Transfer rumours used to make me wretch, now im all like 'who, when, SERIOUS!?'
Its great to love the game again. Mr Rodgers I salute you.

100% agree. I was getting pretty fucked off at getting up at 2am every sun/mon morning to watch us roll over.

This season has been the best in memory in the league at least.

And in 25 days I'm off to the World Cup.

Was it not that he scored in the last min with said overhead kick when it 1-1 at home to brum only for it to be chalked off for offside?

He scored it mate - but it was ruled off for offsides ... Seeing him scoring goal after goal with that left peg despite him being 'heavy' was wonderful.
