Which players do you not get the hype around?
We discussed Ribery at the world cup, and I notice lots of folk don't rate the Zlatan. So who else.
I'll add two, one who I've only seen play about 4 times and the other I've seen loads but never seen the spark I'm supposed to.
Angel Di Maria - Admittedly I've only seen him play a handful of times and in one of those games he looked ooooookkkaaay but every other time I've seen him he's looked......a bit shit.
Benzema - Just don't get it. Lazy, Fat, disinterested. Plays pike a fast Heskey.

Anymore?

Di Maria also Oncy. I remember people raving about his performance against us in Benfica. He was, as you said, just OK. I think the fact that we have lacked a proper winger who actually stays wide for years have caused many a poster to over react.

Carlton Cole is one that pops into my mind immediately..

Ive never rated Gattuso..

i find that Ronaldinho can piss about and slow the tempo down so much that it hampers his team.

Dzeko - I find he has 5 easy chances and scores one.. Some how he is viewed as some amazing finisher..

Italian Football - Its slow - the players dive around constantly.. players just throw themselves to the ground and the refs blow the whistle - I dont understand how people enjoy watching Italian Football. i find it painful.

David Silva. Apart from that goal against Chelsea I don't know why people think he's good.

Inzaghi, maybe because I hate him, but I never thought he was all that. Any number of English forwards, Bent and Carlton Cole in particular.

And Defoe actually.

Abou Diaby. Absolutely fucking wank

Sergio Ramos. Distinctly average

Zlatan. Hes a massive zlatan
 
Ramos is brilliant.

Ribery is the first name that pops up in my mind everytime I see these kind of posts. Don't think I've ever seen him play nearly as good as the hype has suggested.
