How to: Set your Avatar

Select your profile from the menubar (it will be your username). Select Personal Details. Click on the image as instructed.

You will need to store a graphic locally and upload it.

Note: If you change avatars going forwards please delete the old one as they take up space

If you post on many forums you may also use gravatar if you set an account up with them. It takes seconds & as more forums adopt it means you can quickly change your avatar on all forums at once by simply changing it on gravatar.

All you do is tick the gravatar option underneath the upload option then go from there.

Is there a possibility you can look back and find out the address of my old avatar. I'm embarrassed to say I've no idea of my old hosting site. Would hate to lose it.

Thanks for retrieving the avatar. However, I can't seem to get it to upload. I've copied it to my Pictures directory and select it using the browse button but nothing happens - the upload button stays greyed out

Do we have the option of hidding the avatars like we used to on the previous software?
