Did well at three clubs - Milan, Chelsea, PSG.

Now doing an amazing job at Madrid . I know Madrid have something close to an all time great squad but the way he has managed them, integrated the various stars and got them playing some brilliant football is impressive.

And his personality - Overall very soft spoken, no tantrums, gets along well with everyone, manages ego well.

Do people consider him in the greatest of all time lists? Do you think he will be successful at a less rich club like Liverpool?

I don't watch much of Madrid but it appears that every game is won by Ronaldo.. they have stars but would they be good without Ronaldo? Obviously they would be on paper but in reality are the others performing as their price tags should suggest e.g. Bale, James etc

I like him and he seems very humble and respectful.
Didn't whinge or act like a prick after Istanbul considering what happened.
He's the polar opposite to Maureen which is a good thing.
Really like him and I'm sure he'd do an excellent job wherever he goes.
He'll probably go into International management in a few years.

A class act on and off the pitch. You can never tell how a manager will do in a particular job until he's actually doing it, but I agree he's got all the right attributes to do well more or less anywhere.

Yes. And he's got a hinterland, unlike someone like Wenger, he's actually a worldly man who knows that there are more things to be interested in than just football. So he's sane as well a good.

He's quality, you look at Madrid now and they have everything. Pace, power, goals, but they have a backbone now. They defend and attack (give or take a couple of players) as a team too. They picked us off at Anfield, putting men behind the ball to stifle us, then hitting us on the break in numbers. Before they had alot of the same sort of players, but looked reliant big names to score enough to win them games, without the tactical know how to control games when under pressure.

Now they look like a unit and aren't scared to sit back when they need to, because they know they have the players who will convert when the time comes.

Fantastic manager.

Have read his thesis which he did back in the 90's - The Future of Football - More Dynamism ... quality read.

A very smart man.
