I think most folks on this site are intelligent enough to not be homophobic. Or are they? I wonder sometimes whether folks are indeed a little more homophobic than they would have others believe, in fear of being grossly politically incorrect. I often overhear conversations in pubs etc which highlight the fact that there are still many many people who still view homosexuality as being inherently 'wrong'.
it's very easy to say that you have 'no problem with gays' when it's not really an issue directly affecting you. But what if it were your child that was gay, or if you're not a parent, what if it were one of your parents or a sibling?
