In light of Modo's revealing 'I-have-a-lunatic-missus' plea, I thought it'd be nice to continue the forum's personal requests...
Somebody create a diet for me please. I know plenty of you lot go to the gym, workout, eat like cavemen, etc.
I've lost too much muscle weight over the last few years (a result of ending competitive sport, work stress, kids, etc) and need to put some back on. I run about 15-20km's per week, cycle, generally active etc. And I feel like I do eat a lot (and very healthily too), but I can't put anything on.
Someone tell me what I should start doing.
