Help getting tickets to a game

Hey lads, didn't know whether to create this thread here or somewhere else but anyway here seems appropriate.

So anyway it's like this, I'm planning on going to a game for the first time, specifically the game vs Arsenal in Feburary, and since I'm not from the UK I don't really know what's the best way to get a ticket on a reasonable price, or in fact how to get a ticket at all so I would really appreciate any kinds of tips or instructions on how to do it.

Now I do know there are general sales through the official site for games and I know there's a thing called a fan card that can help me get a ticket I just don't really know how all these things come together and what I should do exactly in order to really get a ticket for such a big game, so really any kind of help would be much appreciated!!
