Of the more senior U23s (i.e. excluding the younger ones like Trent and Woodburn), Wilson, along with Kent and Brannagan are my favourites. They excite in different ways - Wilson for his flair, finishing and set pieces, Kent for his pace and audacity, and Brannagan for his vision, tenacity and set pieces as well. I wish all three could make it to the senior team, but unfortunately, I think that's unlikely.
Purely from the standpoint of filling gaps in the first team, I think Kent has the best chance because we could use another one or two wide players, so there's a spot ready for him to slip into if he can convince Klopp that he's eager and able to learn.
If we were to judge on all-around game intelligence and maturity, my opinion is that Brannagan is the best of them, but alas, the positions he plays in are just too stacked. The same problem has seen Woodburn having to play at wide left instead of centre (I agree with macca that the middle is where he's shown that he's best at), and I think Wilson might have the same issues breaking through; he's been used out wide a lot but if I recall correctly, his best production came during a spell in the U18s (or maybe U21s) when he was playing in the middle with Kent providing the ammunition from wide left (or right).
