Good news lads, the charges have been dropped, admin error at their end. Fuckers.

Not sure if Harry's charges still stand or are related to my rates bill in anyway.
 
I don't think Harry's problem is a rate payment one. More like a tax evasion through Monaco bank accounts type problem
