Get James?

I love it when people say we shouldn't sign south American footy players cos they'll leave.

Signing players for 28m (Coutinho) & 23m (Suarez) before selling them a few years later for MASSIVE profit after they've given us so much magic on the pitch & only really not supplied trophies too because of who they were surrounded by, is remarkably good in business terms, & pretty damn good in terms of football too.

Sure, it hurts when that 10/10 absolute stunner of a bird fucks you off, but let's face it, eventually she'd realise she was out of your league, & in the meantime you got to fuck that every fucking night, you wouldn't want to never pull a stunner again just cos at some point she will almost certainly fuck off. It's madness.

He's been hot and cold at Bayern.

Has shown moments of brilliance - but few and far in between.

Not sure where exactly its gone wrong for him - in his defence the whole side struggled to perform under Ancelotti, and with a Heynckes back it will take time.

Also I am pretty sure he recently divorced his wife (Ospina's sister) and perhaps that might have had something to do with it.

An interesting option if Bayern are willing to let him go - if they do I feel like Juventus would be his most likely destination, they have a good relationship with Bayern in that regard.

Seems the move to Real Madrid came too soon for him.
He is very talented, but perhaps he was immature and couldn't deal with reaching the top too early.

He needs to rebuild his career. When I first saw him play in the World Cup it was as he was untouchable, a pure footballer in his right element. Such awareness, always making the right decisions, being in the right place. I also remember having that exact feeling when I saw Alonso play the first time.

Coutinho was also an outcast, bu could we do it again this guy, I am not sure.
The ceiling is even higher, but the likelihood of it working out seems less.
Would depend on his motivation and personality.

He'll be 27 in the summer.

Leaving it late to make the most of his talent.

I have a feeling Bayern will get Ozil on a free in the summer - so they will let James go.

I'm not entirely sure - in theory it sounds straight forward.

Bayern rejected Sanchez due to his wage demands - and Ozil is after around 300k per week, which would easily make him the highest paid player at Bayern.

Bayern's concern is that it would disrupt the dressing room, and it would then allow their current crop of stars to demand similiar wages and blow out their wage structure moving forward.

I think Ozil could very well end up at PSG - they need to sell players due to Financial Fair Play - so the likes of Draxler, Lucas Moura & Pastore could be on their way out, and Ozil will be available on a free and PSG can easily pay him what he wants.

Poor Lucas Moura - no one wants him, only want to loan him out. Guy is depressed, why can't we be a little charitable.

Back to the topic. Can we get David James?

I'm just watching this City match and Bristol's keeper makes both ours look like Sunday League shite. Every team I watch in every league has a better keeper than us.
