apparantly we have a DoF already in place so I suspect the delay isn't going to effect our transfer targets.

The appointments for DOF and Manager/Coach have to be spot on or we risk being mired in mediocrity for years to come.

I hope its a top notch appointment. David Dein has done some great business at the Gooners and I honestly hope that if appointed gets the stadium issue put to bed. Its becoming more pressing by the season and we're getting left behind.
