just occurred to me having heard the utd fans singing happy birthday, that being 3-0 up against Utd and hearing Lenny getting the birthday song treatment probably put the biggest smile on my face this season.

Seeing Kenny in the dug out at Old Trafford, for me.
I was just getting into footie when Kenny left so I never really got how big of a deal he is to this club. Sure, I knew what he had achieved and all of that but now I fully get it.

To be honest, I feel shame that I wanted Hodgson over Kenny last summer. Anyway, glad that nightmare is over. Onwards and upwards!

Driving down to South Wales listening to the transfer news on the last day of the January window, and hearing we had two top notch strikers at long last, and throwing down a marker at the same time.

regards

Off field:

Dreamy lecturing us on how Roy's man management, football style and tactics would have us in the top 4 by Christmas.

"it's great to see a return to proper football being played".

11 men strung across the edge of the box for 94 minutes.

When DB is SO wrong, is it because he likes to offer a different opinion so he stands out? I remember he hated it when we were tonking teams at the end of the 08/09 season. Or is it because he's really clueless?

Which is worse?

Why can't it be both? Hating when we are winning and loving when we are blatantly shit is no way to go through life, son.

Indeed I don't think many thought he would be as big a failure as he was. Oh well.

I think Kenny has shone that the players aren't as bad as Roy made out.

On the pitch: Suarez against the scum.

Off the pitch: Lord Grabiner and Mr Justice Floyd with the clearance of Hicks and Gillett.

I think that's about right, or the happy birthday. And welcome to the site.
