Yeah Ryan, but remember the Rafa haters are the only sane people on here. You are immediately insane should you show any support for, or defend a Benitez action.
Rafa hating does not cloud your judgement in any way shape or form.

What are you talking about, John?
I've made no comments about Rafa in this thread..for that matter, I don't hate Rafa..I hate the fact that he has failed and that too many people still say he hasnt.
St. George accused me of lacing every post I make with a Rafa diatribe; the fact is I don't.
This post is about Istanbul, right?
We talk about Istanbul as being one of our greatest nights of football, and it was for me...
I can remember what I was doing and where I was standing to this day when the goals went in..I can remember practically every word I screamed..I remember going to work literally hours after the game ended and that Hairy Keys went off the air.. and I was too stunned to even talk or think clearly..a Spurs colleague of mine just smiled at me at work and said 'great game'.
Why arent I adding my own posts in this thread then?
Because if we had managed to beat an inferior Milan team in 2007, and if we had somehow managed to pip the Mancs last year, we wouldnt go on and on and on about Istanbul.
Because we'd be BACK.
Where we belong.
On the fucking perch...and be WINNING things.
Now we just look back wistfully on our greatest football night in nearly 2 decades because it salves our pain of what's happened since then.
If that makes me mental, so be it...it wouldnt be the worst thing I've been called.
As for watching the final to bring me joy, it did, Andy.
For a long time.
After watching us slowly sink for 5 years, now it just hurts.
And yet, and YET...I still HOPE that some miracle happens next year...and that we can truly rise again from where we've fallen.
So if that makes me a fickle fan or something, I'm sorry.
