Fitness goals 2017

Where are we at this year? What's our hopes and dreams?

I've hit under the 13 stone Mark for the first time since like 2004, and I'm lighter than I was at 13 which is all kinds of stupid. Even wearing a medium shirt

Anyway, despite all this I'm still way overweight and with plenty to lose, and this year my goal is to get to about 11st7-12st whilst building on some upper body strength to help my back as much as anything, and ideally be able to run a 10K without the nerves in my back making me cry

I reckon it's doable though.

What's everyone else's goals? It feels like we've all got a bit fitter following these things over the last few years
