Right, we've had a couple of weeks to think about our new years resolutions and how they were probably spare of the moment so in here lets put down some goals we want to achieve (fitness wise) during this year.
I have a couple of rowing related ones (as usual)
By April/May time I want to be able to do 8200m in 30 minutes at 20spm (on a rowing machine).
By the same time I also want to do 2000m in less than 6.35 minutes
By overall aim for the year is to be in one of the top 2 university boats come regatta season which will conclude with an attempt to qualify for Henley Royal Regatta.
At the beginning of March I am running a half marathon, I am yet to go for a run since about April 2010 so am going to start that soon as I want to finish between 1.45 and 1.55 minutes.
Other than that, I just hope to stay injury free and push on with my rowing fitness.
