Personally I'd prefer Grujic in a more attacking role. He's powerful, he's got a great long range shot on him and he's good at attacking crosses in the box. But he is certainly doing well now in front of the back four at Cardiff.

I think the good thing with our midfield is everyone gets their chance to get forward. Can often finds himself near the box.

So whilst at Cardiff his attacking instinct is being temporarily blunted, knowing when to track back and more importantly when to bomb up is getting honed.
