I am fed up with playing a midfielder in defence. We always have the bulk of possession and we don't present many attempts on goal so we should go with the new signings. If they are vulnerable they will have protection from our proper midfield.
Surely we should now be going with the following;

Allison
Trent- Phillips/Kabak - Davies - Robertson
Thiago - Fabinho - Henderson
Salah - Firmino - Mane

This has to be better than wasting Fabinho and Henderson in defence I am convinced their presence in midfield has had a big impact on us as it unbalances the team

I'd risk that in the next few league games. Finishing 4th is as good as finishing 2nd.

If it's looking ropey then get Fab back in defence for the Leipzig games.
 
Some of us have been saying for a while that a : Thiago - Fabinho - Henderson midfield will make all the difference to the attack. We do now have the personnel in defence to enable this. It's definitely work trying out because not much else is going right and we are up against it (we also need to sort it out for the CL or we can say goodbye to that too).
