Sup' Rio

Wiki says this:

"The first record of possible homosexual couple in history is commonly regarded as Khnumhotep and Niankhkhnum, an Egyptian male couple, who lived around 2400 BCE. The pair are portrayed in a nose-kissing position, the most intimate pose in Egyptian art, surrounded by what appear to be their heirs."

Those Egyptians with their pyramids and sphinx!

Did you know that or have you just googled 'the history of homosexuality'?

Poor the Anton. Second time nobody cares that he is being racially abused. It's all about Rio. Yes, poor the Anton.

When abusing Rio Ferdinandrolone it's important to focus on the very specific glaring pathologies wiring his character, not his race.

I wouldn't want anyone to assume I'm racist when declaring this man an enormous cum guzzling thundercunt.

He is a bit a of a divvy but he's a good player and has served the national team for a long time. He was very shabbily treated during the Terry saga and he has a right to stick up for his brother while being racially abused. The fact that he is a Man u player and went in for all that "youve been merced bullshit" makes me want to dislike him but at the same time the England "fans" who were chanting against him were basically small minded dickheads as far as im concerned. I'm not sure if anything directed towards him was racist per se, but then what exactly has Anton done apart from being called a fucking Nigger by the former England captain?

There has always been some kind of rump right wing element to a sizeable minority of England support for years and as an Englishman the only thing more embarrassing than what they say or do is the fact that the rest of us, incluidng the FA and the press, usually say fuck all about it.

Whatever the inention of the song was the other night, racist or not, it was basically sung by a bunch of cunts continuing to be cunts.

I read this morning that the FA has asked for fans to stop with the St.George no surrender song as well. The real shame here is that it took them so very long to say anything. In typical English style of course the only reason to mention that now is the upcoming friendly.... as though it wasn't a national disgrace the last time it was sung or the time before that or the time before that.

So much of the baggage that these twats bring to the team is just shameful. Always grudging, violent, antagonistic, jingoistic, and stuck in the past. Oh but the inflatable spitfires are just humourous.... I wish they would fuck right off.

So, just to confirm to us all how deeply fucking tragic it all is the chairman of the England supporters responds by accusing the FA of conflating Politics with racism by mentioning it....he is the perfect man for the job.... truly...now THATS who the thundercunt is.

It's poetically appropriate that we are so shit on the pitch, it matches the fans perfectly.

Had a bad day then ? Missus not giving out ?

Has anyone heard what the reported racist chanting was alleged to have been?
Bearing in mind that most Engerlund fans thought Rio's Snub was tantamount to treason, and that everyone thinks they are a pair of twats anyway.

Build a bonfire,
build a bonfire,
put rio on the top ,
put Anton in the middle
and burn the fucking lot.

And

Rio Ferdinand - you know what you are

I think even Piarara Powar would have a hard job making a case for racism out of that

Oh but Powar has. His organisation is the one who reported the England fans. Apparently, abusing someone who has been racially abuse is racial abuse in itself!

Plus, and not aimed at you Mr Q, why are people worried about some fans signing a song about not surrendering to a terrorist organisation? It's not a clever song, but for years The Irish have had no less controversial rebel songs sung and no one bats an eyelid.

Lets not forget the IRA spent years blowing up innocent people home and abroad. They're a pack of cunts and if any one has an issue about people not wanting to "surrender" to them is deflecting from other issues.

And the IRA are cunts too, so why are people bothered about cunts singing about cunts?

First of all, Madam Chairman, I would like to thank you very much for the perfidige of being able to bestow upon you my thoughts on this sage and tragic issue. As I said recently on Question Time, surrounded by incredibly clever people, racism is a bad thing. That shocked the audience and I suspere that will shock you all here today, but I have to be resoluble about this and stand up for what I know to be white - I mean right. We HAVE to expound racism out of this game, and society in genuine. If that impinges on a few players like Suarez and others being unfairly treated, sober be it, but the ends justify the mains. Until the day that no one can even look at a black person in a strange way, we will be inhibiting in a world in which people like Clark Carlisle could possible be accused of driving like a drunken loon on a "dark" night - yes, such phrases are still in use - and liable to run over a white person. Until someone like Clark Carlisle can be regaled as above the law the law will always be a limbo pole insult waiting to happen, when it should be a hurdle, er, hurdle, waiting to be, er, hurdled. I thank you again, Madame Chairman, and Chairpeople, for your time today, and I hope that my words will be digested as effectively as the excellent free meal we have all just digressed.

Ha, but the IRA and Powar apart, how could any of that be seen as racist in any way, the bonfire song is sung widely and with all sorts of differing victims in this case the two were brothers of mixed race, it could equally be the Nevilles etc.
It is just another case of if you look hard enough for racism you will find it , or at least think you have, and then bang the drum very loud, and because of the delicate subject it has become weak people or people with an agenda will go along with it, even if though they don't quite understand and know it's bollocks too.
It is actually this sort of thinking, and people feeling they are being manipulated , kidded and treated unfairly that tilts people towards the other extreme.

I can see where Powar is coming from on this. It's about time the crowds were put under pressure to stop chanting/singing at all about any black players, anywhere. Each time they're on the ball, if the stadium falls silent it would help to ensure that there would be no problem or risk of offence.

Cos some people want to see racism no matter what. No one was bothered when we were the victims of the bonfire song every time Man U played!

Nail on the head. Ollie Holt's article during the week, condemning the chants, said that it was based on the song ( with words changed), that the Mancs sing about Scousers. So hes heard that one but to the best of my knowledge has never seen fit to condemn it.

Exactement. Sir Lord Oliver Holt rides in to save the world from racism again. It's fucking ridiculous and on another site, by my saying its not racist, I'm being accused of being an apologist for fascists and racists. Mind you that is the utter communist bastion that is EST.

Because its sung about 2 black men it HAS to be racist? Please. This is not doing the anti racism lobby any good. Yes, I'm sure some racists sang it but that doesn't mean it's racist in its under or over tones. Fuck me, people even say the Ten German Bombers song is racist!
