Im in a similar boat. I need to wait until after the Brazil game to make any transfers now. Even though I already know Smalov wont be playing.
Might not always be worth waiting for players to play if you think the transfer you'd make before that will make enough points.
Yeah, but the risk is making the transfer, the player doesn't play and you get nothing. At least waiting until after a player plays, you get two chances at points.
You do know you can put players in up to 15 minutes before kick off?
Maybe just wait untill after the teams are announced?

I'm guessing most people 'wasted' a transfer doing that this morning considering how he played & their opposition today though so the advantage won't be much cos it'll be across the board.
