Perhaps, that's the point he's trying to make.

That the tackle stat would credit Fabinho with 0 tackles yesterday, but he actually made countless interceptions which are probably more important as it means he's on his feet still to pass the ball.

I have no idea what that quote is about but there is absolutely no way Klopp would allow him to leave on loan since he doesn't believe in loans even if he had the inclination to let him go ... which I'm absolutely certain he doesn't since it would be utter madness. He is going to be a legend in midfield for us.

Me neither, though I don't really understand the point of dragging it up.

We got both, Lallana has performed well and been injured alot too, Shaqiri has been brilliant for a couple of months. I'm not sure we have to repeatedly have nauseating competitions between Liverpool players. Shall we go on about how we should have got Alexis Sanchez still? I really couldn't give a fuck given how shite he's been for United, though I'd have probably said the same thing about Shaqiri at Stoke. And let's not forget, Shaqiri would have been incoming under a completely different manager, where it may not have worked out so smoothly and he may not even still be a Liverpool player had he joined back then. It's worked out better for him and us this way, because he's performing for us now and we have Lallana in reserve.

We can all do ifs and buts, we should be happy with where we are, rather than pointless belittling of certain players. But it won't stop will it? He's going to repeatedly bang the Lallana and Henderson drums forever.

You know people's thoughts on Shaqiri, he's been boss. Before he signed for us alot of people wanted him, alot of people were worried about his baggage (not without merit). He's signed later, he seems to have matured and he's been a really positive aspect of this season and the new signings.

Not that I think that was ever really the point of you dragging up the poll, but whatevers.
 
I agree that Shaqiri may not have worked out had we signed him then. He's coming into a squad that is nearly complete, with tremendous camaraderie, a brilliant manager and he knows it's last chance saloon for the big time. I had concerns about his signing but he's been brilliant from day one and is now among my faves.

Lallana is a spent force and has never really lived up to expectations due to form and injury. But let's not forget the time and circumstances in which he arrived as well as the fact he was one of our driving forces for a brief time and an important leader under both Rodgers and Klopp. Perhaps it's time for him to move on but let's not be disrespectful.

Should Shaq take the place of Mane for a few games? Stats prove Shaq is better, and Shaq will pass the ball in the 6 yard box if a team player is in better position where as Mane is just too fucking greedy at times.

The stats don't tell the whole story. Mane is a lot more difficult for opposition defenders than Shaq. No chance I'd drop Mane for Shaq.

I Guess history has told us that we did buy Lallana for just under 25 M pounds and Shaquiri for just under 16 M pounds. So the only correct answer on this is that we bought both for the mentioned sums, which unluckeeee enough was the only answer you could not vote for...… I am under the impression that Your "right" side of history is different?

Well, we wouldn't have got shaq then either, as Rodgers wouldn't have trusted him.

So we would have been super light in creativity.
