It doesnt come along very often, but when it does it reminds me just how good it can be.
Luke has a toy called a Busy Ball Popper, made by Playskool (Hasbro), loads of you will have heard of it, those who havent & have a baby or toddler, buy it. The fact it cost the same to buy a second hand version as it does a new one (Argos is cheapest) even though it's been around for over 10 years shows you how good this toy is.
The toys pops out these colourful balls, a little like the ones you get in a ball pool, but slightly smaller, lighter & more hard wearing. Inevitably these balls get lost or stood on!
I got in touch with Hasbro, they took my address & sent me out a pack of replacement balls with a note asking if I could send £1.50 cheque back to cover postage costs. This is a flat charge for any replacement parts they have in stock no matter how big or small, & they state they even hold parts for discontinued lines!
I'm hard pushed to think of customer service better in recent times, & it's certainly made me, & Luke, very happy.
