Are we too depressed to even think about the draw?
Some tricky ones, hopefully we'll avoid Juve and Valencia.

Had 4 texts.. and about 10 similar facebook status updates asking who Liverpool got in the CL.. god, these cnuts are original aren't they? That BBC update ticker has been ripping us all morning.

Same as mate,thankfully im in the US at the mo so its not all over tv
 
This is why I can never support an English side once we got out of Europe. I'd rather Hitler's 11 won it over ANY of the English sides.

Ditto, could never support another English side in Europe. I actually think the 2 Milan sides could beat Manure and Chelski. Barca or Real to lift trophy.

If we get dumped out in the first game, it'll be even more embarrassing.
 
Why not?

Its not a nothing cup.

Winning it in 2001 was special, it got us recognised in European football again after a long long long time away.

We win it this season and not only would we make history by being the first team to win it in its new format, but we will also be the outright team to have held it, I think theres 3-4 with us now on the same total.

Next season we can forget all about it again when we back in the 'proper cup' but this season i'm all for it!

Things won't sink until we see the rest of them playing in the CL but that said we can't complain, Rafa has had is brilliant in the CLin his time here... still a bit depressing though.
