Just out of interest , can Irish based fans apply in this international ballot ?....few yrs ago when the final was here I missed the "resident's ballot" and it blocked my application when i tried to apply during this "international Ballot" . You can easily get around it though , you just need to use a friend's or family "foreign" address and it still accepts any credit card regardless of country of issue so no worries on that front . Of course tickets will get sent to that address but they come a few weeks in advance so plenty of time to get them sent to you .
