And as for your Res Ipsa Loquitor response the other day, it made no sense. "The thing speaks for itself" is the basic english translation isn't it ?
It's also a useful doctrine contained in the tort of negligence which can be used to overturn the burden of proof.

I suppose "interesting" was the word I should have used.

the one thing i'll say for jamo is that he has suffered greatly through his choice of avatar. the smugness on that face infects anything he types. but i, too, have thoroughly enjoyed his descent into delusions of working class grandeur.
