Ryan has a type of player he favours: technical, small, 'clever' and not immediately hailed or an instant favourite.

Often they don't ever become a favourite, because they're shit and they leave, but it's only fair that we credit the occasional success.

Lucas is not one of those, obviously, but at least the fucker hardly ever plays.

Yeah I'm a sucker for a good first touch and the ability to get your head up and play. It's the fucking exact opposite of how I was as a footballer, hence it seduces me.

That said, I favour your more agricultural types at times too. Think I called Origi early - much to the chagrin of others. Looking right at you Skully.

the fuck you on about? I've always been into origi.

Now, Jesse Lingard. Is he actually any good? I can't work it out at all.

Anyone watched him much?

My United supporting mates can't stand him. There's definitely a bit of the Tom Cleverley's about him for sure.

That said, he's won them FA Cups n shit, so there's something there I guess.

Watch him get injured now.
Heaton looks confident at this level too.
Aspas still looks completely useless.

Cue Lallana getting injured, Aspas scoring a beauty and Heaton allowing an equalizer through his legs, all just minutes after the quoted posts. Fine, @Buddha and @Ryan proved their awesome jinxing power, now they need to learn to harness it for good and positive things, such as getting United players crocked!

Just been told that Adam Lallana has suffered an injury to his back because he has been carrying England way too much.

Seems Adam Lallana is okay despite coming off tonight. No limp & has told reporters he's okay. Will undergo tests at Melwood tomorrow. #lfc

John Stones' defending for that Aspas goal.

That's a 50 million quid defender apparently. Fucking useless tube.
