Rashford apart, Hendo and Trent have been England's best players. No shred of bias in that.
 
I think thats pretty conclusive evidence we are winning this fucker.
Probably as conplete a team performance as you will ever see.

I think Klopp would have been perfect for both Rashford and Martial. Firmino+Salah+Mane with Rashford and Martial on the bench acting as cover for any of the three.
 
I’m bored with the World Cup already. Roll on August...or rather, roll on September as I’ll likely miss the first couple of games!

I thought he was excellent. He put a great ball in too that Vardy should have been alive to. And he spread the ball about to the wing backs with relatively long passes again and again.

Im not saying he wasnt good, at all, but that ball wasnt a representation of how he played. He didnt suddenly become Pirlo

I don't get playing Dyer over him at all, but maybe he has talents beyond my ken.
 
I saw the last half hour but had the sound down - I thought they looked awful at doing the now obligatory FAB (Faffing Around at the Back), and if they're anything like as stupid when they play a good team they'll throw it away doing that. But the consensus among those who saw the whole game is they were quite good, eh? I must admit I quite like Southgate's approach to the whole thing. He seems a quietly sensible cove.

They looked way better before the changes Macca.
I agree though, we werent good at the back. Proper team would have at least one.
