what is this bollox with younger players ? - I mean if has not signed for that club or is under age - why should he not have the choice to go where ever he wants ? - all this assumes to me that every player is somehow going to turn out to be world-class because they happen to be playing in some youth academy at Chelmsford FC.

When I've seen this kid he's been absolutely quality on the ball. Presence, vision and maturity way beyond his young years. Looking forward to seeing more of him in our shirt. He'll be as good as Foden if not better if he keeps his head screwed on.

Yep, his decision making is so advanced and that's what truly sets him apart. No surprise at all he's tearing up the Championship. He'll have to grow or bulk up if he's going to play on the wing for us, but there's plenty of time for that. A huge prospect.
