Yeah, but it's the same offence so a retrospective red and similar ban would make sense. I think in Sakho's case, he could actually argue that he was shrugging off the opponent and that the swing was accidental. I think he knew what he was doing though, and if he's a lucky guy if he escapes with a one- or two-game ban.
