Down Perisic

Ivan Perisic (Croatia & Wolfsburg) is my player of the tournament so far. I noticed him in the Brazil game (he had the disallowed goal) and he was fantastic again last night. I couldn't even tell what position he was playing at first. He was popping up all over the pitch and being a constant menace. He was running the right flank against Brazil but ran the entire left flank last night against Cameroon. Lovely goal and assist too.

He's technically sound, clearly a strong runner, plays in a plethora of positions and scores goals. He won the double with Dortmund a few back but left after a row with Klopp. Still only 24/25.

I was loving him Ryan. He was all over the place, causing havoc in different areas. Check out his goal and assist last night. His assist was him coming in from the right, beautiful pass at the edge of the box. His goal was then a strong run from the left and finished with his left foot. He's perfect on either foot.
