Can I just interject at this point that for my money the mods do a bang-up job and make the right decisions 95% of the time? I'm always sorry when anyone's banned, as (a) I usually manage to get on with even the likes of rage and Roger Rederer and (b) the forum needs a good mix of characters and views, but like Richey I couldn't quarrel overall with most of the decisions involved.
