This 'protected witness' seems to be pretty actively hawking her services out to various footballers. Obviously the links to this Torbe character are very unpleasant, but if groups of footballers are arranging to have gangbangs with an adult escort, whilst it reveals their moral turpitude, is it likely to result in criminal prosecutions?
 
Well, a lot probably depends on the age of the escort and where they were brought from and under what pretext. Then there is the coercion.

Yeah, maybe age is a factor, but someone flitting between Manchester, Madrid and so on, wouldn't suggest she's underage.

...doesn't scream 'coercion' to me, or certainly, the footballer would be unlikely to sense coercion.
 
If proven guilty, I urge the jury not to sentence them...banned from professional football for 10 years each seems fair enough.

If they get sentenced for Sexual Assault, they're higher profile than any of those players. Big clubs won't take that on because it's terrible from a PR point of view, condoning SA and paying the players millions of pounds that's funded largely by fans? It wouldn't happen. They might go and play for some desperate twats that lack any moral compass (Newcastle, Leeds..), but that's about it.

I don't agree with that. There would be a whole host of clubs after David De Gea on a free if he was out the game for a couple of years. Perhaps not the elite clubs but certainly ones in the top flight.

If the player is good enough, most any club would take that risk on. That's the sad truth of it.

You are suggesting that people guilty and convicted of a crime should not be given a custodial sentence, but instead should be prevented from doing their current job for a period of time?
