No, he won't be a free agent, but supposedly he will have a low release clause then (his agent disputed that though). Dahoud is not a DM, but he is a playmaker type who can help us control games better.

Yes I know that and didn't claim he was - in fact as I've said all along Klopp won't buy a dedicated DM as he doesn't use them, which is why Dahoud, good tackler and better distributor, sounds perfect to sit alongside Can.
