So I'm finally getting into this running lark, I'm finding it ace for the meditation and all of this.
Only trouble is, when I run over 7k at any point, I get this crazy pain in the ball of my right foot. Anyone who runs a lot know if it's something that might just go away? I'm looking to get some socks that help but I also wanna find a recommendation from someone since the internet is notoriously full of shit products.
