Yeah but their most expensive signing was Bonucci at 35m. They would need to spend at LEAST double that for Eriksen...more likely more. They spent over 150m all together. I can't see them spending upwards of 70m on one player. Then there would be the wages on top.

Plus they are only 7th in the league so no way would Erksen even consider them. For all that money spent they are still doing shit. I think Napoli are nearly 20 points clear of them already. Surprised their manager hasn't been sacked already considering even Inter are over 10 points clear of them with hardly any money spent.

I can see Eriksen leaving soon. Then maybe Alli, but Kane seems to be happy playing for his boyhood club.
That might give them a few extra seasons.
